Ready to be a star?

This prize is all about you! You've worked hard, so we're returning the favor by bringing in fun games, great food, and a live band.

The high school with the highest average points per student will be the winner. You will know if it's you on March 12. On Friday, March 26 the fun will come to your school.

The activities will begin right after school is dismissed. The North Dakota National Guard will bring in a variety of fun games sure to get the afternoon started right. Don't worry about getting hungry. The North Dakota Safety Council will bring food for everyone.

Then, around 7 p.m., the live entertainment will begin featuring the band Fully Loaded, a Bismarck-based live band that is known for great music. See www.fullyloadedband.com so you can see who can be coming to your school. The North Dakota Department of Transportation will work with your school officials to determine the best time to end the evening.

As with everything fun, there's a few rules. Here you go...

  1. Absolutely no alcohol or drugs. You will undergo a breathalyzer upon entering the activities. If you do not pass, law enforcement will be contacted.
  2. You are not allowed to leave the building during the event.
  3. Only students who attend the winning high school may attend. If a co-op high school wins, we'll work with the school administration to determine who has the best facilities to hold this event.
  4. Chaperones for the event are to be designated from the winning school.
  5. The winning school must agree to provide the school space at no charge with no risk for liability to the North Dakota Department of Transportation, North Dakota National Guard, or North Dakota Safety Council.
